By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Orders
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; if we do, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards and other secure online payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Discount codes
The welcome discount of 10% applies to your first order only, can be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say so. We may change or withdraw offers at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Product information
We try to describe and show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and age recommendations are guidance only.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, illustrations, photographs, logos and book content, belongs to Qalam & Noor or its publishers and licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
