Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be announced in the future, Insha’Allah.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 days. Delivery time then depends on your state: next day in Chennai, about 3 days to Kerala and Karnataka, and longer for states further away.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays and events outside our control, such as weather or strikes. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. For smaller orders, the shipping charge depends on your delivery state. It is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Your delivery address
Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. See our Refund & Return Policy for parcels that cannot be delivered.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.
